What are the lease terms?

We offer 6 to 12 month leases

What does it cost to move in?

To move in we have an application fee of $50, a non-refundable fee of $299, and a deposit of $400 OAC. You will also need to pay the pro-rated rent for that month.

Are utilities included in the cost?

We do not have any utilities included in the cost.

What's your pet policy?

We allow 2 pets, under 100lbs each per unit. Breed restrictions do apply.

Do you require apartment renters insurance?

Yes you will need to provide libality coverage for $100,000

How do I pay the rent?

You can pay the rent online through Domuso

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

Repairs are responded to within 24 hours. We do have on call maintenance 24 hours each day.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Blue and Red Line Trax Station is just across the street

How often does rent go up? By how much?

Typically rent increases will follow the market trends.

What is the parking situation?

We have an amazing parking garage.

Are there plans to update the building?

No, the building is brand new

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

Yes, you would be required to give a 60 day notice, and then pay rent until the apartment is re-rented.
