I didn't end up signing a lease here due to my personal situation, but Natalie was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire application process. Even when I told her I couldn't move in because of the distance from my school, she was so understanding and even recommended other apartments with better accessibility! If I had a car, I definitely would have stayed here. The appliances were brand new and the apartment itself was spotless!

I’ve lived here for a year, and it’s been a good experience. The manager, Natalie, is great and gets things taken care of. When there have been maintenance issues with the elevator or parking garage lifts, they get resolved quickly. My neighbors are chill. The units are nice and have pretty good views on the upper floors. The internet is very stable when working from home (slow bandwidth for downloads, but oh well). Overall, not much to complain about.

I highly recommend living at theCharli. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL (yes, ALL of them- floor to ceiling windows, finished concrete gas stoves...) - they're beyond reasonable for their pricing, the utilities and amenities are always working, and if something goes wrong it is ALWAYS fixed in a timely manner. I can't tell you how many work orders I have put in where the problem is fixed day of, and when things take longer, the team communicates with you every step of the way. as someone who has lived in apartments for a long time all over the country, hands down I can say this is team cares more about its tenants than any other place I have lived in. It's unreal the amount of support, courtesy, and care they show each and every one of us. I have to shout out Natalie and the maintenance team here at thecharli. thank you for making me feel at home here, I am so grateful for you all!

I love living here! It’s been so good for me and my pup! Natalie is awesome and so is the maintenance team. Is such a great location and just all around an incredible place to live, can’t recommend it enough. :)

I've been here a couple months now and it's been nothing but great. Clean common areas, apartment + appliances are nice, some fun spots in the neighborhood and close to trax + highway access. All of the staff have been very friendly. Overall great spot!

Jesse from the maintenance team was so helpful! He came over from more than 15-20 miles at midnight to help fix the parking carousel as there was a car parked incorrectly, which was blocking all the other cars to be parked there. What a great, helpful guy!! 5+++ stars for the customer service.
